For more than 8 years I have worked as a professional graphic and website designer. My qualifications include a Bachelor in Visual Art (1996) and an Advanced Diploma in Electronic Design and Interactive Media (2002). I've worked on a range of projects including: product catalogues, product leaflets, promotional flyers, print media adverts, posters, display banners, advertising panels, product packaging, website design, HTML email campaign messages, website and interactive design, product presentations and exhibition stand design.
About two years ago, out of necessity, I was required to photograph products for an IP Communications Catalogue. The experience tantalised my taste buds. I adore the seamlessness of art directing, shooting, and using these elements in my work. Photography has forced me to look at the world in a very different way and I feel this has and will continue to have a strong influence in my work as a designer, and an artist.
